Product Manager/Marketing Director

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Product Manager/Marketing Director to join our team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and success of our product lines through strategic marketing initiatives and effective product management.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Management:
– Oversee the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch to end of life cycle.
– Conduct market research to identify customer needs and market trends.
– Develop product strategies and roadmaps.
– Collaborate with R&D to ensure product development aligns with market demands.
– Manage product pricing, positioning, and packaging.

Marketing:
– Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to drive product awareness and sales.
– Create and manage marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, print, events).
– Analyze market data and campaign performance to optimize marketing strategies.
– Analyze success of marketing campaigns, trade shows, and social media to determine ROI and focus of new initiatives.
– Work with Communications team on creation of marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and website content.

Sales Support:
– Provide sales teams with the necessary tools and information to effectively sell products, follow up on leads, and refine approaches.
– Assist in the development of sales strategies and goals.
– Work with CRM system to ensure coordination between sales, marketing and product management.

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Agriculture, Marketing, or a related field.
– 5+ years of experience in product management and marketing, preferably in the agriculture or specialty fertilizer industry.
– Strong understanding of market research and data analysis.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
– Creative thinker with a strategic mindset.
