Southwest Turf Territory Manager

Redox Bio-Nutrients is seeking an experienced Territory Manager to market to the Southwestern United States. Come join a dynamic company that has provided proven turfgrass nutrition for the past 30 years.

Roles / Responsibilities of this position include:
– Strong agronomic knowledge of turf and sports fields
– Maintaining business relationships at the superintendent level throughout the organization, from sales to technical support
– Inventory management
– Deep understanding of turf grass systems in your region
– Travel required, including occasional regional sales training
– Previous sales experience preferred
– Demonstrate ability to learn and absorb highly technical information
– Work with the research community and superintendents to coordinate information, then connect with key thought leaders in the industry
– Responsible for maintaining and growing product sales in territory

Ideal candidates will have a skillset that includes:
– Four-year turf-related degree preferred
– Strong communication skills to understand the needs of individual users and the business, and to collaborate frequently on plans and progress for both
– The ability to present technical information to groups of superintendents and other industry members
– High integrity and a team mindset
– Comfortable use of a computer, including the following applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Strong organizational and time-management skills, along with the ability to multi-task
